Tofu & Pea Stir Fry


Blink twice and you'll miss this delicious and speedy recipe for tofu & pea stir fry on the Fourneau Fire Pit Grill. Full recipe below.





1 lb. tofu
1 bunch scallions
12 oz peas
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 inch piece ginger grated
Soy Sauce
Roasted Peanut Oil & Avocado Oil for frying
1 cup jasmine rice


Build a small and contained fire in the center of the fire rim in the Fourneau Fire Pit Grill.

Add avocado oil into a wok and heat it.

Fry the tofu so it's golden all around then remove from heat. This will be quick on a hot wok! Make sure the fire beneath the wok remains really hot. Add little pieces of split wood to keep it a hot fire.

Add the following ingredients in quick succession:

Add the roasted peanut oil and heat

Then throw peas in and toss

Throw scallions in and toss

Throw ginger & garlic in and toss

Splash of soy sauce

Stir fry together with tofu for just a moment

Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy immediately.
