Shipping policy

We charge carrier calculated rates for shipping. All of the services that we offer include tracking.

On international orders we collect customs duties and import taxes for countries where the service is available. Shipping rates may include additional fees that cover customs brokerage. The fees we collect on international shipments are in turn paid to the carrier. When you pay customs and import taxes along with your shipping at check out, expect your shipment to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
