Turn your Fourneau Wood-Fired Grill 16" basic into a pizza oven with this attachment. The kit includes stainless steel brackets, fabricated in the Fourneau Factory, that bolt to the inner steel ribs of your 16" wood-fired grill.
The stainless steel brackets form a stable three-point base for a stainless steel deflector and cordierite pizza stone. Start a fire after installing the brackets, place the stone and deflector in place, and put the lid on the grill. Keep the fire stoked with splits of hardwood and your pizza platform will be ready to bake pies in 15-20 minutes. Pizza baking times average 3-5 minutes depending on dough, toppings, and fire.
Stainless steel parts require little to no maintenance. Cordierite stones will stain with exposure to flames, smoke and pizza ingredients. Burnt-on ingredients can be removed by burning a hot fire in the grill with the pizza platform in place. Do not soak the pizza stone in water. Wash lightly or dry-wipe to clean.
Includes one 13" cordierite stone, one 13" stainless steel flame deflector, one basswood pizza peel, three stainless steel attachment brackets, and brass hardware. Grill and pizza not included.
