Designed to bake pizzas all night, our wood-fired pizza oven is a gourmet griller's dream. The uniquely accessible fire-chamber makes fire building and maintenance a synch.
The oven "ceiling" doubles as carbon-steel griddle and is designed to be removable. The griddle component can be replaced with multiple accessories, including a carbon steel grill grate, a carbon steel wok, and a fireplace lid. Our oven's modular design makes it an extraordinarily versatile outdoor cooking tool.
Made in the USA, over-built to last, the Fourneau Woof-Fired Pizza Oven + Grill is designed specifically for cooking with hardwood, live-fire. The fire-chamber is large enough to accommodate standard-length, split firewood, so you don't have to order special 6" or 8" sticks for baking. We use TIG welding on all of the steel connections and 1/8" steel for the body of the oven. Used as an outdoor fire place, the thick gauge steel radiates warmth for chill evening fires with family and friends.
The pizza oven comes complete with a cordierite baking surface and a US-made pizza peel. The exterior is finished with black, high temperature paint. The grill interior is uncoated. The griddle is seasoned with grape seed oil (like a cast iron pan). When your pizza oven arrives, simply attach the legs with the supplied hardware and tool.
