The Fourneau 2.0 includes a cast iron cloche, cast iron base, cast iron hatch, one aluminum baking tray, one silicone baking mat, one cast iron handle, and an instruction booklet with recipes.
We recommend using an 8" to 9" oval banneton (proofing basket) with the 2.0 oven. Depending on your recipe the oven is best shaped for up to 500 gram loaves (flour weight).
