These beautiful peels are made in the US from birds eye figured maple. The profile is precisely shaped on a CNC router while the surfaces are sanded by hand to a luxuriously smooth finish. Our maple boards are finished with a hand-applied, food-safe mineral oil.

Choose from matched grain lumber which has near uniform color and tone through the peel or contrast grain lumber which features contrasting pieces of heart and sap wood.

To clean, hand wash and dry immediately. Re-oil with mineral oil to keep your peel protected for the long haul. Doubles as a cheese board to pair with your delicious homemade bread.
