Praise for Fourneau

"I love using my new Fourneau Grande oven. I use my Grande several times a week to bake my sourdough loaves using my assembly line style of baking. I can bake four loaves in the time it used to take me to bake two loaves. I usually bake 860 gram boules or up to 1 kilo batards in my Fourneau Grande. I enjoy the awesome oven spring the oven imparts to my loaves, which is as close to a deck oven heat transfer as I have been able to find outside of a bakery. This is especially useful for those bakers who have small in-home bakeries or sell at farmer's markets, although it is just as useful to bake your family's daily bread as well."

Teresa Greenway, Northwest Sourdough

"... Essential gear for any home baker who's serious about baking a better crust."

Serious Eats, J. Kenji López-Alt

"Your ovens are a HUGE part of the success of my little microbakery. I'm able to stay home and bake four loaves at a time in one oven without batting an eye, or lugging heavy pots in and out, and NO burns. Best purchases I've ever made. I support my family now, because of Fourneau. I'm so grateful for the design and incredible sourdoughs they produce. Love you guys."

Michelle Finn, Sonoma Sourdough

"...Fourneau had come up with a really well thought out product that addressed all the downsides of a traditional dutch oven to make baking a loaf of bread really easy and safe.

When the Grande oven arrived I was immediately impressed by the high quality construction of the product, and today I am sharing a video with you of the first loaf I baked in it."
